Rebecca Peterfreund Zarch, Director

Rebecca Peterfreund Zarch specializes in workforce development issues, primarily the transition of youth into productive adulthood. Her research has primarily focused on at-risk youth, service-learning, unique partnerships and organizational dynamics while managing a mission-driven entity. Ms. Zarch spent three years at a large social policy evaluation, research and consulting firm before joining SageFox Consulting Group. At SageFox she works on education projects across divisions and supports the business management processes. Ms. Zarch has an MBA in mission-driven management from the Heller School of Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University and a Masters in Education from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education.
